Project Process – what is the project process?
At the time of the initial phone inquiry, general information will be gathered and an appointment will be made to meet for an on-site consultation and site survey. Options and recommendations will be provided during the consultation as needed.
Once full costings have been determined, an itemized written quote will be presented to the client for their consideration. The quote will include the price to carry out the work and the length of time the project will take. Both are guaranteed. The price and the length of the project is set and will not change unless the client requests changes to the original plan.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
I am available to meet homeowners during daytime and evening hours. An after hours emergency callout service is available upon request
Cleanup – Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
Yes, all rubbish directly related to the work carried out will be removed.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
It is, as per agreement.
Aftercare – Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
We do. Any problems directly related to roofing work carried out will be corrected to the clients satisfaction. In addition, we offer a 5 year guarantee on all repair work and a 30 year guarantee on all new roofing work.
